The ideal candidate will be proficient in AI-driven marketing strategies, capable of integrating AI tools into marketing campaigns, and developing automations to optimize performane.
Tasks
AI Tool Exploration & Experimentation: Research, test, and implement AI tools to optimize campaign performance and enhance user experience.
Omnichannel Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital platforms to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with tech teams to develop and execute growth strategies that align with business objectives.
Campaign Performance Management: Oversee the technical aspects of campaign performance, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics (Google Ads, META Ads, Tik Tok Ads)
Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio).
Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Good to Have: A foundational understanding of coding and software development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with technical teams.
