Requirements:
Education: 15 years of full-time education.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java / Java SE.
Strong experience in Java L3 / production support.
Production incident management and troubleshooting.
Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
Experience resolving complex application and production issues.
Good understanding of OOP, Java collections, exception handling, and multithreading.
Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with Git/version control.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
