Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Azure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Terraform, and Databricks. The role will focus on building secure and scalable cloud environments, automating deployments, managing Databricks infrastructure, and establishing production-ready DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage development, testing, and production cloud environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated environment provisioning.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Python services, data pipelines, analytical workloads, and Databricks.
Configure deployment gates, release controls, rollback procedures, and environment promotion.
Support Databricks workspace enablement, Unity Catalog, access management, secrets, networking, and monitoring.
Configure and manage AWS infrastructure for production workloads.
Implement IAM, identity management, authentication, and access controls.
Establish centralized logging, monitoring, metrics, alerting, and audit trails.
Implement security scanning, dependency management, secrets protection, and compliance controls.
Support performance, availability, backup, recovery, and production-readiness activities.
Collaborate with Development and QA teams to improve build, testing, and deployment automation.
Must-Have Skills
6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and production cloud infrastructure.
Strong experience with Azure / Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Databricks administration, deployment automation, and Unity Catalog.
Strong Terraform / CloudFormation / IaC experience.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
Experience with IAM, cloud networking, secrets management, monitoring, and security.
Understanding of Python applications, data pipelines, and ML/AI deployment workflows.
Experience working with enterprise, regulated, or security-sensitive platforms.
