Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will design and implement HR policies, manage attendance and payroll coordination with relevant teams, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, organizing training and development programs, handling grievance resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning, talent retention, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in organizational governance.
Ability to manage training and development initiatives, including identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning programs.
Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software tools, and basic data reporting for management decision-making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Demonstrated capability in time management, organization, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or MBA in HR is an advantage.
Previous experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role, preferably within the education or counseling services sector.
