We're Hiring: Operations Lead – Real Estate & RWA Platform
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to help build and scale the operational activities of an innovative digital platform operating at the intersection of real estate, blockchain, digital assets, and financial technology.
The platform focuses on Real-World Assets (RWA) and fractional real-estate participation, creating easier and more accessible ways for investors to discover and participate in real-estate opportunities.
The Operations Lead will focus on building and managing the operational processes needed to support the platform, its investors, real-estate partners, and ongoing property activities. This role is well suited to an operations professional who combines strong organizational and execution skills with a solid understanding of blockchain, Web3, digital assets, and emerging financial markets. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years of professional experience in blockchain, Web3, digital assets, tokenization, RWA, or related markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage operational processes covering investor onboarding, property offerings, transactions, distributions, transfers, and property exits
Coordinate day-to-day activities across investors, real-estate partners, internal teams, and external service providers
Manage investor and property-partner workflows and ensure operational requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
Establish processes for property onboarding, documentation, investor verification, wallet connections, investment transactions, and ongoing asset management
Monitor operational performance, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Real Estate teams to translate business requirements into effective operational processes
Requirements:
10+ years of overall professional experience in operations, business operations, program management, financial operations, real estate, fintech, investment, technology, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in blockchain, Web3, digital assets, tokenization, RWA, crypto, or related markets
Previous experience as an Operations Lead, Operations Manager, Business Operations Lead, Program Operations, Project Operations, or in a similar position
Proven experience building, managing, and improving operational processes in complex business environments
Strong cross-functional coordination, process management, partner operations, and problem-solving
Strong understanding of digital-asset operations, including wallets, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and on-chain transactions
Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
