Qualifications:
1.Should have strong technical background in JAVA, J2EE or Python, Spring stack
2.Well versed with OOP’s concept and design patterns
3.Good understanding of data structure and algorithms
4.Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB etc.)
5.Experience in building Microservices and knowledge of workflow orchestration with Camunda or Temporal
6.Knowledge of docker and containerization.
7.Should have good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
8.Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools
9.Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure
10.Should be familiar with Domain Driven Design
11.Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process
12.Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
13.Manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables that supports business
14.Good communications skills
15.Prior work experience in the product engineering/development.
16.Good to have prior experience in Indian Banking segment and/or Fintech.
