We are looking for an experienced and responsible professional to manage the overall administrative and HR-related activities of our manufacturing plant at Wada. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in plant administration, manpower management, employee relations and statutory compliance, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day administrative functions.
Job Location : Wada, Palghar - Maharashtra
Responsibilities :
• Overall responsibility for plant administration and HR support functions.
• Managing manpower requirements, recruitment, onboarding, attendance and shift-related activities.
• Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave and other personnel documentation.
• Handling contract labour and manpower agencies, including coordination and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinating with consultants and authorities for PF, ESIC, Labour Department, Factory compliance and other statutory matters.
• Managing security, housekeeping, canteen, transport and other plant facilities.
• Managing plant office administration, housekeeping and general facilities.
• Monitoring security arrangements, visitor management and access control.
• Maintaining proper administrative records, registers and reports.
Qualifications
• MBA/Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in plant administration / HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant administration, contract labour management and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of PF, ESIC, labour laws and factory-related compliance.
• Excellent manpower-handling, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage administrative activities and coordinate with different departments.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing / factory environments will be preferred.
