Role Overview
We’re looking for an Image Editor / Creative Retoucher with strong Photoshop skills and a sharp eye for visual detail. This role involves commercial product retouching, image compositing, catalogue editing, and AI-assisted visual production across watches and other lifestyle products.
The role requires both creative judgement and technical precision, with a focus on producing realistic, polished, and production-ready visuals at scale.
Job Responsibilities
• Retouch and enhance commercial product imagery for watches and lifestyle products.
• Perform detailed image cleanup, colour correction, masking, reflection control and texture refinement.
• Composite multiple images and assets to create realistic final visuals.
• Correct inaccurate product details in AI-generated imagery using original product assets.
• Edit catalogue and campaign images while maintaining consistency across large volumes of SKUs.
• Work with Lightroom Classic for bulk image selection, colour correction, synchronised adjustments, and catalogue workflows.
• Prepare final images according to client and platform specifications.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to enhance commercial visual content while maintaining product accuracy and realism.
Core Skillset
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and commercial product retouching.
• Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, reflections, perspective, materials, and colour.
• Experience with complex masking, selections, compositing, and non-destructive editing.
• Strong understanding of texture, sharpness, grain, and realistic product detail.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic and bulk image processing.
• Familiarity with Generative AI image tools is an advantage.

Work Schedule & Compensation
• Experience level: 1- 2 years
• Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (On-site)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
• Note: Work on live client projects from day one with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
