The Role
As an Independent Business Consultant, you will:
Connect with people who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development.
Have initial conversations to understand their goals and whether the opportunity may be suitable for them.
Introduce established personal development and leadership programs.
Follow a proven process for conversations, interviews and follow-up.
Organise your own schedule and manage your daily activity.
Participate in ongoing education, training and mentoring.
You won’t be expected to have all the answers from day one. What matters is being willing to learn, follow the process and consistently take action.

Has several years of professional, business or workplace experience.
Communicates confidently and naturally with people.
Is comfortable using phone and video communication.
Can work independently and manage their own time.

Previous experience in this industry is not required.
