PDS International Pvt. Ltd is a 25+ year-old is an Exim Logistics company with its corporate office in Gurugram and 18+ branches in India. PDS offers Air and Ocean Freight-Forwarding, Customs Clearance & Exim Transportation.
Job Role
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator with hands-on experience in statutory, labour and payroll compliance to ensure timely and accurate compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, labour laws, statutory filings, audits, BGV, legal notices and compliance documentation. Candidates with experience in the logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day statutory and labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other applicable compliances.
Manage payroll compliance, statutory deductions, challans and related records.
Maintain statutory registers, returns and compliance documentation.
Handle gratuity-related matters, compliance audits and required follow-ups.
Coordinate BGV and maintain employee verification records.
Assist in handling legal notices, labour department communications and statutory inspections.
Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams for timely compliance.
Prepare and maintain compliance trackers, reports and MIS.
Keep track of changes in applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Law or a related field.
LLB/PG Diploma/Certification in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, HR Compliance or a related field will be an added advantage.
4-5 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance, labour compliance or HR operations with strong compliance exposure.
Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity and payroll compliance.
Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR-related software such as HROne, HRIS and other HR technology platforms
Experience in handling audits, legal notices and compliance documentation.
Exposure to BGV and employee records management.
Strong MS Excel, documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping or Transportation industry will be preferred.
Ability to independently manage compliance timelines and requirements.
