Role Description The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts and specifications provided by architects and designers. Day-to-day tasks include developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details; updating drawings according to design revisions; and ensuring consistency with building standards and project requirements. The role also involves coordinating with the project team to clarify design intent, maintaining organized drawing files, and supporting documentation for permits and approvals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode, requiring regular collaboration with in-house team members and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Drawing, with the ability to translate concepts into accurate technical documentation.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Architecture and Planning to understand design intent, spatial arrangements, and project requirements.
Candidates should possess experience creating Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and schedules aligned with relevant standards.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) and basic familiarity with 3D visualization software is beneficial.
Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and capability to work both independently and collaboratively on-site.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a professional setting.
