Requirement: Scrum master with Web QA & Automation Framework
Position: ScrumMaster QA
Exp: 5 to 7 yrs
Location: Bengaluru
Mode- 5 days office

Budget- 15 to 18lpa
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in software delivery/testing, with at least 2–3 years in a dual or active Scrum Master role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent Agile certification required.
Java & UI Knowledge: Solid understanding of Java development technologies and UI interface design principles to effectively collaborate with full-stack engineers and designers.
Web Automation Tech: Hands-on experience developing web test automation frameworks using Java (Selenium/REST Assured) or modern JavaScript/TypeScript tools (Playwright/Cypress).
Agile Tools: Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards/metrics.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with a proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
