Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in West Delhi. The Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, loading and unloading goods as required, and ensuring proper documentation of deliveries. The role involves complying with all road safety rules, DOT regulations, and company policies while maintaining clear communication with dispatch and warehouse teams. The Truck Driver is expected to represent the company professionally with customers and maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle.
Qualifications
Strong truck driving skills with experience operating commercial trucks safely and efficiently.
Valid CDL Class A license (or equivalent local commercial driving license) and clean driving record.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and other applicable road safety and transport rules.
Ability to perform loading and unloading tasks, including handling goods carefully and using basic material-handling equipment.
Good navigation and route-planning abilities, with familiarity working in West Delhi and nearby areas.
Reliability in following schedules, completing delivery paperwork, and communicating with dispatch and supervisors.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and conduct routine vehicle checks.
Prior experience as a truck driver or in a logistics/transport role preferred; high school education or equivalent beneficial.
