Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Executive role based in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal. The Quality Control Executive will perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using established laboratory methods and instruments. Responsibilities include conducting tests, documenting results, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that products meet regulatory and internal quality standards. The role involves monitoring calibration status of laboratory equipment, supporting quality assurance activities, and reporting deviations or non-conformities for corrective action. The Quality Control Executive will collaborate with production and QA teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, compliant laboratory environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure products meet specifications and comply with regulatory and company standards.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills, including handling chemicals safely, performing standardized tests, and following SOPs.
Candidates should possess Calibration skills to maintain, verify, and document the accuracy of laboratory instruments and equipment.
Relevant degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or similar quality frameworks in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with production and QA teams.
