Senior Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our creative design initiatives at our North Coast, Egypt location. Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities
Oversee the design process from concept through execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to deliver cohesive design solutions
Manage design budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs
Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices across all projects
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and business value
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to keep the organization competitive
Conduct design reviews and quality assurance to ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards
15+ years of professional experience in design management or senior design roles
Proven track record of leading design teams and managing creative projects from conception to delivery
Expert proficiency in design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centered design principles
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing design strategies and brand guidelines
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong budget management and resource allocation experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both creative and non-creative audiences
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design approaches preferred
Proven ability to mentor and develop junior designers preferred
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments preferred
