Role Overview
Responsible for managing e-commerce and marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, company websites, order fulfillment, inventory, product content, dealer pricing, digital assets, and website maintenance for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Seller Central & Marketplace Operations
Manage Amazon orders, shipment tracking, NDRs, returns, inventory, pricing, and delivery-related issues.
Manage self-ship orders and coordinate pickups for large/special returns.
Manage Amazon product listings, product content, images, and A+ Content.
Amazon Vendor Central Operations
Manage Vendor Central POs from acceptance through final delivery.
Handle PO extensions, packing slips, ASN creation, appointment booking, appointment pulling, and delivery coordination.
Resolve PO expiry, appointment availability, PO mapping, GL mismatch, ASN, and delivery-related issues.
Coordinate with Amazon/Clicktech POCs, warehouse, logistics, and appointment teams.
E-Commerce Website Operations
Manage website orders, tracking, NDRs, leads, inventory, and fulfillment.
Maintain product listings, categories, images, user manuals, datasheets, brochures, and other product documentation.
Create/update product categories and pages for new product launches.
Perform website content and product-page quality checks.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Manage shipments through DTDC and NimbusPost.
Monitor tracking and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to resolve delivery issues.
Magazine, Case Study & Content Management
Coordinate content, artworks, editorials, and case studies for magazines.
Maintain case study records and organize project images/assets for Creative and Social Media teams.
Coordinate with Sales and Creative teams for project and marketing content.
Dealer Pricing & MOP Monitoring
Monitor online dealer pricing across multiple brands and maintain pricing records.
Follow up with dealers for MOP compliance and price corrections.
SEO & Website Maintenance
Perform basic on-page/off-page SEO, sitemap submission, indexing, spam/comment management, plugin updates, and WordPress maintenance.
Support product-page and website content optimization.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Creative, Logistics, Amazon/Clicktech, dealers, and other external stakeholders.
Manage multiple operational activities and follow up until issues are resolved.
