Job Title : Zuora Billing & Integration Consultant
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 2-3 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
Experience supporting Stripe Payment Gateway integration and payment processing workflows.
Good understanding of Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
Experience working with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation processes.
Exposure to Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
Experience configuring and supporting Zuora solutions based on business and functional requirements.
Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Understanding of Revenue Recognition and basic financial operations.
Good knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, including orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
Understanding of Zuora Revenue processes and revenue recognition concepts.
Good SQL skills for data validation, reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Basic to good experience with API troubleshooting and integration debugging.
Ability to understand business and finance requirements and translate them into Zuora functional configurations and technical solutions.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to support and improve billing and payment processes.
Support PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit requirements.
Troubleshoot billing, payment, subscription, and integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve production issues.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
