Role Description
Lead overall project planning and execution
Prepare & review project schedules, timelines and resource allocation
Monitor project progress against milestones, budget and quality parameters
Lead all engineering and construction activities at site
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety & quality standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams
Manage project budgeting, cost control and cost-saving initiatives
Review contractor bills, variation claims and BOQ compliance
Drive quality control, safety protocols and statutory compliance
Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants & authorities
Resolve site issues and disputes
Prepare MIS reports and highlight project risks with mitigation plans
Conduct regular project review meetings with senior management
Qualifications
Experience: 20+ years, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Experience handling large-scale residential and commercial projects, preferably with exposure to tall buildings / high-rise projects exceeding 100 metres in height
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
