Must-have requirements
Fluency in both Tamil and Malayalam languages, with the ability to speak and communicate confidently with creators in each language.
A personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Availability during the stated working hours.
Candidate profile
A Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) is preferred. A background in Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
An interest in social media, creators, influencer marketing, and regional content.
Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while working remotely.
Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media is preferred.
Key responsibilities
Primarily identify, research, and work with Tamil and Malayalam regional influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Reach out to creators in Tamil and Malayalam via calls, email, DM, and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain databases of regional creators.
Discuss campaign briefs, negotiate commercials, and coordinate with creators throughout campaigns.
Follow up on content submissions, feedback, approvals, and posting deadlines.
Assist with campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
Stay updated on Tamil and Malayalam creator trends and regional content formats.
