LOFT 17 is a growing 3D interior design studio, and we're looking for a talented 3D Exterior Visualizer to join our team!
Experience: 0–2 years
What you'll do:
Create high-quality 3D exterior visualizations for residential, commercial, and villa projects.
Model building facades, landscapes, terrain, and surroundings with accuracy and realism.
Work on lighting, materials, and environment setup to achieve photorealistic renders.
Collaborate with the design team to interpret architectural drawings/elevations into 3D visuals.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining design quality and client requirements.
Stay updated with the latest rendering techniques, plugins, and industry trends.
What we're looking for:
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Lumion / Corona, and AutoCAD/SketchUp.
Good understanding of architectural elevations, landscaping, and exterior detailing.
Strong sense of lighting, composition, and materials for realistic outputs.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A design portfolio showcasing exterior visualization work is a must.
Good communication and willingness to take and implement feedback.
