Role Description The India Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence across India. The partner will oversee local market development, including identifying target customer segments, building relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promoting Lingua Learn’s online language and skills training services. Daily activities include coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, managing the localized e-commerce platform and CRM, and ensuring high-quality delivery of courses through the network of qualified teachers. The partner will also handle recruitment and training of local support staff as needed, implement sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the Indian market, and monitor performance metrics to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, present the Lingua Learn brand, and adapt content for the Indian market.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, track performance, and refine growth strategies.
Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to onboard and guide local staff, teachers, and partners in operational processes.
Experience in education, language training, franchising, or e-learning operations is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to manage remote teams, run online businesses, and work independently within a contract-based partnership structure.
Familiarity with digital marketing, sales development, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
