About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of hospitality interior projects for leading US clients. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in architecture, interior design, project coordination, or construction who enjoy working with drawings, BOQs, documentation, and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Review and understand architectural and interior drawings.
Modify and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Perform quantity take-offs from architectural drawings.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
Participate in meetings with US-based clients.
Maintain drawing revisions and project records.
Support procurement coordination and material tracking.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–4 years of experience in architecture, interiors, construction, or project management.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings.
Experience preparing BOQs and quantity estimations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Hospitality project experience.
Interior fit-out knowledge.
Exposure to BIM models.
Familiarity with US construction documentation.
Experience using project management software.
