Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Quantity Surveyor based in Chennai and Hyderabad.
Prepare and review MEP budgets, BOQs, and rate analyses for interior works.
Carry out rate analysis for NT items and support vendor negotiations with the Client Team.
Review and certify MEP contractor bills, verifying quantities, rates, and BOQ provisions.
Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and monitoring of project expenditure.
Review variations and additional works, including quantity assessment and rate justification.
Support final bill certification and closure, including reconciliation of quantities and costs.
Maintain records of BOQs, rate analyses, bill certifications, and commercial documents.
Maintain the CAF Tracker for tender closure and bill certification activities.
Prepare monthly reports covering bill certification, rate analysis, budget status, and cost savings with supporting documents.
