🔹 Key Requirements
• 3 – 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Hands-on expertise in Naukri & LinkedIn sourcing
• Experience in screening, interview coordination & hiring closure
• Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions & hiring targets
