POSH Trainer Required – HR Shared Services
We are looking for a POSH Trainer to conduct employee awareness and sensitisation sessions across multiple client organisations.
Freelancers looking for one-day POSH training assignments across Mumbai can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct POSH awareness and sensitisation sessions for employees across multiple client organisations.
Educate employees on POSH Act, 2013, workplace sexual harassment, and preventive measures.
Explain workplace behaviour, professional boundaries, employee rights, and responsibilities.
Create awareness regarding reporting mechanisms and the role of the Internal Committee (IC).
Deliver interactive training sessions using practical workplace examples and scenarios.
Conduct employee orientation and refresher training sessions as required by clients.
