Requirement
· Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role
· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
· Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
· Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus
· Must have strong business acumen.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· A general understanding of how businesses operate in Australia is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to warm and cold leads
· Qualify leads and gather basic information
· Schedule appointments and follow up with leads as needed
· Update and maintain lead details in CRM
· Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies
