Grant Officer — Remote, Commission-Based
Wieha is looking for a Grant Oficer to identify funding opportunities, develop proposals, and build relationships with potential donors and funding partners.
The role requires experience in grant writing, resource mobilization, proposal development, or fundraising, with strong research and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify relevant grant and funding opportunities.
● Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
● Prepare donor reports and maintain grant-related documentation.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential donors and funding partners.
● Work with the team to communicate Wieha’s programs, impact, and funding needs.
● Track funding opportunities and follow up on applications and donor engagement.
Requirements
● Experience in grant writing, fundraising, resource mobilization, or a related field.
● Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
● Ability to develop clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals.
● Experience working with NGOs or nonprofit organizations is an advantage.
● Interest in child welfare, education, and community development.
Compensation: Commission-Based
