Procurement & Licensing Advisor

Catapult Labs is looking for a Procurement & Licensing Advisor to join our team in Mexico and work directly with one of our partners in the Atlassian ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll support the partner’s sales and revenue operations teams across North America and Latin America, helping manage software license procurement, commercial processes, and partner operations.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who is organized, proactive, communicates exceptionally well, and can learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Own and support end-to-end software license procurement and related operational activities
• Work closely with sales teams, channel and marketplace partners, customers, finance, and vendors to help move deals through to closure
• Support pricing, deal structures, contracts, partner programs, incentives and registrations, and related sales processes
• Coordinate across stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and alignment throughout the procurement and sales process
• Manage procurement and operational escalations, coordinating with the appropriate teams to drive timely resolution and a strong customer experience
• Monitor procurement, partner, and sales activity to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Proactively identify and drive improvements to procurement and sales processes, helping increase efficiency and support revenue outcomes
• Communicate product, program, and process changes to relevant teams and partners
• Take ownership of evolving priorities and new responsibilities as business needs change
What we’re looking for:
• Professional experience in procurement (software or SaaS procurement experience is a strong plus)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (with Spanish as the native language)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• A quick learner who can become comfortable with new products, processes, and systems
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with teams across different regions and time zones
Experience with software licensing, SaaS, channel/solution partner environments, or Atlassian is a plus, but not required.
