Role Description The Senior AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-driven software solutions end to end that automate operational workflows for small and medium German Enterprises. In this full-time hybrid role based in Surat, the engineer will split time between on-site collaboration and remote work as project needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, developing and proposing new business workflows for german logistic/transport companies. integrating multi-agentic solutions into production systems, and optimizing performance and scalability. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, monitoring end to end responsibility for the project, conducting code and model reviews, and ensuring robust documentation and maintainable software. The Senior AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and measurable AI solutions aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including willingness to stay up-to date and explore new & better solutions.
Experience with shipping multi-agent systems into production(swarms, orchestration, memory, tools).
Strong evaluation skills: goldsets, field-level metrics and automated regression gates.
Daily, expert use of coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, including parallel agent runs.
The ability to find errors in AI-written code, fast.
Experience with self-improving systems: feedback loops, versioned knowledge and automatic rollback.
Security knowledge for autonomous agents: prompt injection, secrets and least-privilege access.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated workflows and data-driven solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with both independent and collaborative tasks.
End-to-end ownership of client project, and clear written English.
Not Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have:
Realtime voice agents (OpenAI Live-1).
Logistics or transport industry experience.
Multi-tenant SaaS and mailbox integrations (Microsoft Graph, Gmail API).
Experience working with European Company.
