Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month(Target Based)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This is a target-based remote role, suitable for candidates who are self-driven, good at communication, and comfortable working with daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
Maintain candidate recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
Post job openings on relevant platforms.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Achieve assigned monthly recruitment targets.
Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
1 year of recruitment experience.
Freshers with good communication skills and recruitment knowledge may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, or similar platforms is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
