🚨 WE’RE HIRING: META ADS EXPERT | BEAUTY & D2C BRAND (Only For Delhi NCR Location)
We’re looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our team and take ownership of paid advertising for an upcoming beauty & cosmetics brand.
If you understand how to turn creative + targeting + data into profitable customer acquisition, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Plan, launch & manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Develop a scalable customer acquisition strategy
• Manage campaign structure, audiences, budgets & bidding
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, hooks, copy & audiences
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR and other key metrics
• Identify winning creatives and scale successful campaigns
• Build and optimize retargeting & remarketing funnels
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts
• Monitor competitors, market trends & advertising strategies
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Optimize campaigns for sales, profitability and long-term growth
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 6–7+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
✅ Strong experience with D2C / Beauty / Cosmetics / Fashion / Lifestyle brands
✅ Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
✅ Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Pixel/CAPI
✅ Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
✅ Excellent understanding of performance creatives and UGC
✅ Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
⭐ BONUS IF YOU HAVE
• Experience launching a beauty/cosmetics brand from the ground up
• Experience with makeup or skincare brands
• Strong understanding of Indian D2C consumer behavior
• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of landing-page and conversion-rate optimization
