Hiring | Store Manager
Location: Noida
Experience: 2+ Years in Jewellery Retail
Salary: Up To ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage store operations and drive sales targets
Lead, train & motivate the sales team
Handle high-value customers and escalations
Manage inventory, POS & visual merchandising
Ensure SOP and billing compliance
Requirements:
2+ years as a Store Manager in Jewellery Retail
Fluent in Hindi & English
Strong jewellery product knowledge & sales skills
Excellent leadership and customer-handling skills
