Role Description This is a full-time on-site Teacher role based in Chas. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the academy’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves facilitating training activities, maintaining classroom discipline, and collaborating with colleagues to continually improve teaching practices and learning materials. The Teacher is expected to support learners of diverse backgrounds and help them build confidence, skills, and readiness for employment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education, with the ability to apply effective teaching methodologies.
Proficiency in Teaching and Training, including facilitating interactive sessions and skill-based learning.
Experience in Lesson Planning, with the ability to structure content to meet learning objectives.
Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and engagement with learners.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in classroom teaching or vocational training is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse learner needs.
