Our client, a reputed and well-established #lawfirm in India is hiring an 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 in 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 to lead their people function!
This is a senior, high-impact role.
What are we looking at?
➡️ MBA/PGDM in HR with 10+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or in Talent & OD
➡️ Prior experience in a law firm or professional services setup is a strong advantage
➡️ Someone who can seamlessly straddle strategy and operations: workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and culture transformation
➡️ Strong data orientation: you should be comfortable building dashboards, tracking HR metrics, and translating people data into actionable insights for leadership
➡️ Excellent stakeholder management skills: you'll be partnering directly with practice leaders and department heads
What will you be doing?
➡️ Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, advising on org design, talent management, and succession planning
➡️ Owning end-to-end employee lifecycle management
➡️ Leading performance management cycles and driving a culture of continuous feedback and development
➡️ Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with sensitivity and confidentiality
➡️ Championing culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives across the firm
