About the job:
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and technically sound individuals with a passion for teaching to join our team as Drone Trainer Interns for a focused Two-month school-based deployment. The selected trainers will work closely with schools, teachers, and students to deliver engaging, hands-on drone education sessions, introduce students to drone technology and applications, and facilitate practical learning activities. The role involves regular school visits, practical session delivery, student mentoring, basic drone handling and demonstrations, and timely documentation of activities as per the prescribed guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct classes on Drone Technology for teachers and students using experiments and hands-on activities.
● Deliver engaging and effective drone flight and mechanics lessons to students, ensuring comprehension and participation.
● Ensure the lab materials are properly itemized and utilized in the classrooms.
● Maintain progress reports for each class and report findings to school authorities and company.
● Register and maintain student records on the online course portal. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
● Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant STEM discipline. (Master preferable).
● Relevant Field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience in Drone technology.
● Exclusions: Candidates who are currently pursuing studies or who hold only a diploma shall not be selected or approved for this role.
Skills Required:
● Strong interest in teaching.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati.
● Ability to manage and communicate effectively with large audiences.
● Ability to connect with children and youth in a fun and meaningful way.
● Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage.
● Passion for working in a challenging and growth-oriented environment.
Remuneration: 20k - 25k per month
