Role: Project Head
Role Description The Project Head is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing solar EPC projects from initiation to completion. The role includes leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solar power plants, solar water pumps, and related solutions. The Project Head will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage relationships with clients, vendors, and global partners, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring project progress, resolving technical and operational issues, preparing status reports, and driving continuous improvement in project execution. The role also involves supporting business development by contributing to proposals, cost estimates, and project presentations, while aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.
Key Responsbilities
Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
Monitor project progress, resolve execution challenges, and ensure timely project completion.
Drive client communication, reporting, and project handover.
What We're Looking For
8–12 years of experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure projects
Strong experience in end-to-end project execution and management
Proven track record of handling large-scale solar EPC projects
Strong expertise in project planning, execution, commissioning & handover
Experience in managing project teams, contractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
Good understanding of technical, commercial, and operational aspects of solar projects
Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
