Role Description The SAP Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting retail process optimization through SAP tools and methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in mapping business processes, helping configure and test SAP modules (with a focus on SAP FICO), and supporting master data creation and maintenance. The intern will collaborate with consultants to gather requirements, prepare documentation, analyze operational data, and contribute to process improvement recommendations. Additional responsibilities may include preparing reports, creating training materials, and providing basic support to team members during SAP-related implementations or demos. The role offers hands-on learning in retail consulting and enterprise systems, with guidance from experienced professionals.

Candidates should possess skills in handling master data, including data entry, validation, maintenance, and basic data quality checks.
Relevant qualifications include enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field; SAP coursework or certification is an advantage.
Beneficial skills include strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in spreadsheets and business software, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
