As a Visual Market Lead, you drive selling and profit by ensuring an elevated brand and customer experience across your stores, turning global visual direction into strong commercial execution, building visual competence in the teams. You collaborate with Head Office, the Area Team and Store Visuals to support business success.
Brand Experience: Ensure a consistent and inspiring brand and customer experience across all stores by implementing global brand and visual guidelines. Continuously review and elevate the customer journey. Collaborate with global and local teams to translate direction into strong execution. Lead and support visual execution for new store openings and rebuilds
Sales & Profit: Analyze KPIs and customer insights to identify opportunities that strengthen visual performance and drive sales. Translate commercial findings into relevant visual strategies for your markets. Partner with area teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to secure strong product presentation, impactful campaigns, and optimized customer flow that maximizes selling potential.
Leadership & Team: Develop and support visual teams through coaching, feedback, clear expectations and hands-on guidance. Plan and prioritize store visits based on business needs, and partner with store management to enable strong execution. Build a sustainable talent pipeline through recruitment, development, and succession planning.
Visual Merchandising: Secure high‑quality and consistent visual execution across all stores. Lead the implementation of seasonal updates, campaigns, and in‑store activities. Optimize layouts, product placement, and customer flow to enhance the shopping experience and drive commercial results. Provide clear direction, tools, and support to store teams to maintain strong visual standards.
