Teams run inspections on any device, generate instant branded reports, turn failed items into tracked corrective actions, and follow score trends across every site from a single dashboard, keeping frontline teams and management aligned on standards and compliance.We're growing fast, and this role is central to scaling pipeline generation into new territory as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable web and mobile applications using Java, React, and Flutter
Develop and consume APIs, including GraphQL, ensuring efficient data retrieval and integration.
Build and deploy loosely coupled Microservices to support scalability and flexibility in application architecture
Leverage AWS services for application deployment, scalability, and maintenance.
Expertise in working with MongoDB and Postgres to design, query, and optimize document-based data storage
Experience with any BPM tool is considered an added advantage.
Develop Mobile applications using Flutter to deliver seamless cross-platform user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices in software development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement customer requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Debug and resolve issues in the services to maintain product stability.
Enhance existing features and introduce new functionalities to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Optimize and improve system performance for scalability and responsiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years in fullstack development.
Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.
Strong expertise in AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs and microservices architecture.
Mobile application development experience using Flutter is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to work closely with the Architects, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and within an agile team.
