Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Intern will support the engineering team in designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical components and systems for technology solutions. This internship role is on-site in Jaipur, where the intern will assist with 3D modeling, CAD drawings, basic simulations, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in design reviews, performing technical research, preparing reports, and contributing to prototype development and testing. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical designs align with project requirements, safety standards, and manufacturing constraints. This is an internship position intended to provide hands-on experience and professional development in a real-world engineering environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and an interest in applying them to practical, industry-focused projects.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating 2D/3D models, drawings, and basic assemblies.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and evaluating design alternatives.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, documenting work, and presenting technical findings.
Basic Project Management abilities, including time management, task prioritization, and working within defined timelines.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with engineering standards, manufacturing processes, or materials science is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, adapt to a collaborative environment, and show initiative in learning new tools and methodologies.
