Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Design Engineer with Electric Vehicle (EV) experience who can contribute to EV system design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EV components, battery systems, and vehicle integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop EV lab workbenches and battery pack assembly tables.
Work on CAD modeling and simulations using tools like CATIA / SolidWorks / AutoCAD/ Creo.
Prepare detailed design drawings, technical documentation, and BOM.
Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis of EV systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototype development.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and safety norms.
Support R&D and innovation projects in EV domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive Engineering.
1–4 years of relevant experience in Electric Vehicle Design.
Strong knowledge of:
EV Architecture
Battery Pack Design & BMS
Motor & Controller Integration
Vehicle Dynamics (preferred)
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / CATIA / AutoCAD / Creo).
Basic understanding of simulation tools (ANSYS preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
