Key Responsibilities
Preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment.
Troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and onsite service of electronic/electromechanical medical equipment.
Timely resolution and closure of assigned service calls.
Coordinate with service contractors for maintenance, calibration, and documentation.
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-up and support.
Submit service reports, PM reports, and other required documents on time.
Coordinate with service teams for required spare parts.
Education & Experience
B.E./B.Tech: Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electronics & Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation — 2+ years’ experience.
Diploma: Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electrical Engineering — 5+ years’ experience.
Strong expertise in repair, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment.
Good communication and customer-handling skills with a professional personality.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently managing schedules.
