🚨 WE’RE HIRING — BRAND & BUSINESS OPERATIONS LEAD
We’re looking for a high-energy, extremely proactive all-rounder to help run the day-to-day engine of our brand in Jaipur.
This is for someone who can own things from start to finish — not someone who needs to be told what to do at every step.
You’ll be working across:
• Influencer & celebrity collaborations
• PR & media coordination
• Marketing team coordination
• Product launches & campaigns
• Jewelry sourcing & vendor coordination
• New product development
• Production & sampling follow-ups
• Website & product coordination
• Brand partnerships & opportunities
• Timelines, calendars & daily execution
• Coordinating across creative, production, marketing & management
What we’re looking for:
2–5 years of experience in fashion, jewelry, luxury, streetwear, D2C or a fast-moving consumer brand.
You should be:
→ Extremely organized
→ Great at communication & follow-ups
→ Naturally proactive
→ Comfortable managing multiple things at once
→ Good with basic graphics, presentations & content
→ Someone who understands Gen Z culture
→ Someone who can independently take ownership and get things done
Most importantly, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset.
