Head of Operations

Job Requirements:
Provide overall leadership, direction and accountability for the Operations and New Projects departments.
Oversee overall operations and maintenance activities across all sites/locations, ensuring timely complaint resolution and upkeep of assets
Define departmental goals, targets and operating procedures aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee identification, shortlisting and evaluation of government and private tenders, based on business requirements, scope and commercial viability.
Review tender study and eligibility assessments prepared by the team, covering scope of work, technical specifications, commercial terms and statutory requirements
Initiating the New Project, planning, executions and outline project scope, objectives and deliverables
Oversee identification of suitable hoarding locations through site visits, market surveys and property owners
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Streamline operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Oversee timely payment of annual/private property rent as per due dates, based on the monthly payment list submitted to Finance on the first of every month
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations/Project department.
Monitor the asset register and oversee KSEB and other statutory payment coordination.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals and provide excellent service.
Review pending, overdue and critical complaints and operational reports, and ensure timely corrective action
Guide, monitor and support Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Regional Project Managers and Operations/O&M teams.
Ensure timely coordination with Corporation, Government and other statutory authorities for permissions, approvals, clearances and renewals
Provide regular reports to the CEO/Board on operations performance, project pipeline, tender status and financial status

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Civil /Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of Eight years of relevant leadership experience in similar field(Civil/MEP/HVAC-Construction Project Management, Facility Management Service)
