Full Desk Recruiter

A U.S.-based recruitment company is looking for experienced full-desk agency recruiters to join its team on a fully remote basis.
This is a senior-level opportunity for recruiters who have a proven track record of building business, developing client relationships and delivering recruitment results — not delivery-only recruiters.
What we’re looking for
Candidates should have:
Strong agency recruitment experience
Full-desk / 360 recruitment experience covering both business development and candidate delivery
Experience building, owning or developing a recruitment territory/market
Proven experience generating new client business
Recruitment experience focused on the U.S. market
A consistent personal billing track record of approximately $300,000+ annually
Strong client relationship and account development skills
Ability to work U.S. business hours
