Assistant Technical Manager (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Technical Manager to support the Technical Manager in planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of multi-storey residential and commercial construction projects and high-rise projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works, along with experience in project coordination and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of multi-storey residential and commercial building projects.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and site engineers.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
Verify BOQs, material specifications, and technical approvals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and statutory regulations.
Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
Support project cost control, estimation, and variation management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of RCC structures and high-rise building construction.
Experience in commercial and residential multi-storey projects.
Knowledge of MEP coordination and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience:
13+ years of experience in the construction of multi-storey residential and commercial buildings.
