🚀 WE’RE HIRING | GROUP HEAD – IT & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
PAR360 & ReeferON | (Thane), Mumbai
We are looking for a business-oriented technology leader to lead the IT and Digital Transformation agenda across PAR360 and ReeferON.
As we build an integrated, technology-enabled supply-chain ecosystem spanning warehousing, transportation, distribution, order management and cold-chain logistics, technology will be at the centre of how we scale.
This is not an IT administration role.
We are looking for someone who can work closely with business leadership, operations, customers and technology partners to build a connected digital ecosystem that improves visibility, productivity, control and customer experience.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
🎯 Experience: 12+ years
📍 Location: Mumbai / Thane
💼 Role: Leadership
🏭 Preferred experience: Logistics / 3PL / Contract Logistics / Supply Chain / FMCG / Retail / Distribution
💰 CTC: Around ₹20 LPA — not a constraint for the right candidate
Strong hands-on exposure to ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, HRMS, BI, APIs, system integration, cybersecurity and digital transformation will be important.
Experience managing technology teams, implementation partners and complex enterprise transformation programmes will be highly valued.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands business before technology — a leader who can sit with the CEO, Operations, Finance, HR, Sales and customers, understand the problem and translate it into a scalable digital solution.

The Group Head – IT & Digital Transformation will own the development and execution of our 3–5 year Digital & Technology Roadmap, with responsibility across:
🔹 ERP & Enterprise Applications
ERP, Finance, Procurement, CRM and enterprise integrations
🔹 Supply Chain Technology
WMS | TMS | OMS | Yard Management | Fleet & Last-Mile Applications
🔹 Connected Supply Chain
Integrating ERP + WMS + TMS + OMS + customer systems through APIs and scalable architecture
🔹 Customer Visibility & Control Tower
Real-time visibility of Orders, Inventory, Dispatches, Deliveries, POD, OTIF, SLAs, Exceptions, Claims and Billing
🔹 Data, BI & Analytics
Creating a reliable single source of truth, automated MIS and management dashboards across operations, finance and customer performance
🔹 Digital Operations
Barcode | QR | RFID | IoT | Mobility | Asset Tracking | Temperature Monitoring | Route Optimisation | Automation
🔹 AI & Process Automation
Identifying opportunities to deploy AI, RPA, analytics and automation to eliminate repetitive manual processes and improve decision-making
🔹 IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Governance
Cloud, networks, access controls, data security, business continuity, disaster recovery, IT compliance and governance
🔹 HRMS & Corporate Digitalisation
Digitising employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll integration, recruitment, performance management and other corporate processes
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Over the first 12–18 months, we expect the leader to help us create:
ONE DIGITAL ROADMAP
A clearly defined Group-wide technology strategy.
ONE DATA VIEW
Reliable, integrated operational and financial dashboards.
ONE CONNECTED SUPPLY CHAIN
ERP + WMS + TMS + OMS + customer platforms working as an integrated ecosystem.
REAL-TIME CUSTOMER VISIBILITY
Customers independently tracking orders, inventory, dispatches, deliveries, POD and SLA performance.
REDUCED MANUAL DEPENDENCY
Significant reduction in Excel, emails and manual workflows.
DIGITAL OPERATIONS
Greater adoption of mobile, automated and real-time processes across warehouses and transportation.
STRONG IT GOVERNANCE
Robust cybersecurity, access control, compliance, backup and disaster-recovery processes.
