The Opportunity
An established global technology services organization is launching a new business operation in Spain and is looking for an entrepreneurial Country Head to lead this market entry.
This is a unique opportunity to build the Spain business from the ground up — shaping the market strategy, establishing senior enterprise relationships, winning the first anchor clients and building the local organization as the business scales.
The successful leader will have the backing of a global technology and delivery organization, while having significant autonomy to shape the Spanish market.
What You'll Lead
Build and execute the Spain go-to-market strategy.
Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CEOs and senior enterprise stakeholders.
Personally drive new-logo acquisition and complex technology-services sales.
Leverage global offshore / nearshore delivery capabilities to develop client propositions.
Build a sustainable enterprise pipeline and establish initial anchor accounts.
Progressively build the local sales, account management and pre-sales organization.
Take increasing responsibility for country revenue, growth and P&L as the business develops.

Establish a strong pipeline and credible market presence in Spain.
What We're Looking For
15+ years in IT Services, System Integration, Digital Transformation or Technology Consulting.
Strong Spanish enterprise network and market knowledge.
Proven hunter / new-business track record with personally won clients.
Experience selling complex technology services and transformation programmes.
Exposure to offshore, nearshore or global delivery models.
Experience building a new territory, business, portfolio or market is highly valued.
Senior leadership background such as Country Head, Managing Director, Sales Director, BU/Market Unit Leader or Client Partner.
Fluent Spanish and strong executive English.
Based in or willing to operate from Madrid or Barcelona.
This role is best suited to a services-led technology leader. Candidates primarily from hyperscalers, software/product or hardware-led businesses will not be prioritized.
