Role Description The Operational Specialist role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating daily academy operations, including scheduling training sessions, managing facility usage, and ensuring smooth match-day logistics. The Operational Specialist will maintain player and coaching staff records, support communication between coaches, players, and parents, and assist with registration and program administration. The role also involves monitoring equipment and inventory, supporting event planning, and implementing operational processes that improve efficiency and participant experience.
Qualifications
Ability to manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, coordination, and basic administration.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Effective communication skills for interacting with coaches, players, parents, and external partners.
Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, scheduling software, email) and willingness to learn new systems.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.
Interest in football or sports management; prior experience in a sports or education environment is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, including evenings or weekends as required by training and match schedules.
Relevant diploma or degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
