Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing media assets, and creating polished video content for various formats and channels. Daily tasks include editing video sequences, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing color correction to ensure visual consistency and quality. The role also involves collaborating with producers, directors, and designers to translate creative concepts into compelling video outputs, integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements as needed. The Video Editor is expected to manage timelines, maintain project files, and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Color Grading and overall visual enhancement techniques.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for incorporating visual elements into videos.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is preferred.
Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail, with the ability to work under deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine work accordingly.
Relevant education or certification in film, media, animation, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience in a media, production house, or digital content environment is beneficial.
